Subject: COVID-19 virus
These are special times, since the COVID-19 virus (hereinafter: “coronavirus”) is now affecting all of us. We hereby inform you about the measures that Liroy has taken to limit the risks as much as possible. Our priority is the health of our employees, suppliers and customers, but at the same time Liroy wants to make a maximum contribution for securing the supply to our customers.
Given the situation in the world as a result of the coronavirus, it is more difficult to obtain products in time. Because of this, but also because there is currently a high demand for our products and due to the additional safety measures that we have taken in the warehouse, it can happen that a product is no longer available or that the delivery is delayed.
Please be informed that due to shortages, currency depreciation and increases transport cost price may increase.
Liroy will respect and continue the same credit terms as before the crisis. To get grip on our cash flow we unfortunately cannot accept increased credit terms, so please pay invoices in time. We need the cash to buy goods and to pay our employees so that we can secure the supply of goods to our customers. In case you are not able to pay your outstanding invoices in time please sent an email to email@example.com and explain your situation and provide us with your company plan how and when the overdue invoices are expected to be paid.
Liroy wants to contribute to limit the spread of the coronavirus as much as possible. Our employees work at home as much as possible. This has consequences for our accessibility by telephone. We kindly ask you to contact us as much as possible by email.
Regarding contacts with our relations, we have cancelled all visits for the time being, both outside the office and at our location in Benthuizen. If there are matters that you would like to discuss, we request you to send an email, after which one of our employees will contact you by telephone.
Our own drivers, as well as the drivers of external transport companies we work with, will take protective measures to protect them, as well as you, from any further spread of the virus, including:
- use of hygienic hand gel and regular hand washing;
- use of gloves;
- pallets are delivered to the door or the truck is placed at the loading dock. Our customers must take care of further transport yourrself;
- keep your distance from the driver and always use your own pen to sign papers
Our drivers temporarily do not accept cash payments. We kindly request you to pay digitally. The condition “cash payment on delivery” is hereby changed to “payment in advance”.
We assure you that we will do our utmost to serve you as efficiently as possible. We do need your help and patience during this period.
